Quintiesse Laguna 6 Light Pendant Light - Burnished Gold

Sitting between the collection's smaller and largest versions, the Laguna 6 light pendant is a substantial fitting: a hand assembled steel framework hung with clear glass droplets at varying lengths, each one catching the light from the lamps clustered at its centre. It has real presence without tipping into the scale of a full chandelier.

A burnished gold finish

Its open framework is finished in burnished gold, a warm, slightly aged tone rather than a bright polished brass. It works well layered with existing brass or antique gold hardware, and it also holds its own against cooler surfaces like marble or dark painted walls, where the glass droplets add sparkle without needing a busy pattern around them.

How it works

The fitting takes six E14 LED bulbs (not supplied) and will dim smoothly if dimmable bulbs are used, though not with standard ones. Drop is adjustable from 48.2cm up to 336.6cm, giving plenty of scope to set the finished height once it's in place. As a Class I fitting, it needs an earthed electrical supply and should be fitted by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

At 15kg, this is one of the heavier fittings in the range, so it suits a room where you're confident of a strong fixing point, typically above a dining table, in a double height hallway, or over a staircase where the long adjustable drop can be put to good use. It also works well as the sole feature light in a living room or a generous bedroom, where its scale reads as a focal point rather than an afterthought.
