Quintiesse Flora 6 Light Chandelier - Textured Plaster

Flora's six light chandelier gives the same botanical design more room to spread out, six hand painted floral forms arranged in a fuller cluster rather than the single line of the linear version. As with the rest of the range, each bulb sits nestled inside its own bloom, part of the Lisa McDennon Collection of sculptural lighting.

The textured plaster finish

This chandelier is finished in a matte textured plaster rather than metal, giving the blooms a soft, chalky surface that absorbs light instead of reflecting it. It suits a more restrained, contemporary interior, plastered or painted walls, oak floors, linen and stone, where the sculptural shape of the piece can stand out without a metallic finish competing with it.

How it works

It takes 6 x 40W E14 bulbs, not supplied, and only dims if dimmable bulbs are fitted. As a Class I fitting it needs an earthed electrical supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician. The drop is adjustable between 96.7cm and 400.5cm, which is enough range to sit it low over a table or hang it through a tall stairwell void.

Where it works best

That long adjustable drop makes it a genuine option for stairwells, double height hallways and galleried landings, as well as a dining room, kitchen, bedroom or living room where a single larger fitting is preferred over several smaller ones. Because the range between minimum and maximum drop is so wide, measure your ceiling height and intended clearance before it goes in.

Quintiesse craftsmanship
