Quintiesse Cairo 8 Light Chandelier - Urban Bronze

The Cairo 8 Light Chandelier is the largest statement piece in the collection, spreading eight ribbed glass elements across a wide steel frame. Rather than one dominant shade, it reads as a cluster of faceted glass forms, giving a chandelier presence without a traditional crystal drop design.

Urban Bronze finish

In Urban Bronze, the frame's dark, weathered tone throws the clear ribbed glass into contrast, keeping the overall look closer to industrial luxe than classic chandelier glitz. It's a finish that suits contemporary dining rooms and double height spaces where a lighter metal might feel too delicate for the scale of the piece.

How it works

The chandelier takes eight 60W E14 bulbs, none of which are supplied. Drop is adjustable between 71.1cm and 171.7cm, allowing you to set the fitting at the right height for your ceiling and the table below. Dimming works if dimmable bulbs are fitted throughout. As a Class I fitting it must be connected to an earthed supply and installed by a qualified electrician, and given its scale, this is a job for a professional rather than a DIY install.

Where it works best

With a 76.2cm depth, this is a fitting for a proper dining table or a hallway with real height to play with, rather than a compact room. The adjustable drop from 71.1cm to 171.7cm is worth checking carefully against your ceiling height and the table or floor below, particularly if you're hanging it over a stairwell or double height space.
