A single sweep of light

The Evie wall sconce takes its cue from one unbroken curve. A slender arm of metal rises from the wall and loops back on itself, tracing the kind of shape you might find in a fast pencil sketch: fluid, confident, and free of straight edges. There is no separate shade to speak of; the fixture itself is the silhouette, and the light source sits low within the scroll, so the glow reads as a soft wash rather than a direct beam.

Aged Brass finish

This version comes dressed in Aged Brass, a warm, slightly weathered tone that catches light unevenly along its curve rather than throwing back a hard shine. It suits rooms built around wood, leather, and warmer neutrals, and tends to look most at home where the rest of the metalwork already leans toward brass or bronze.

How it works

Evie takes a single G9 LED bulb (not included), rated up to 4W and run from a 220 to 240V supply. The fixture measures 25cm in height and 12cm across, with a wall projection of 10cm and a round backplate 12cm in diameter. Because the bulb sits recessed within the curl of the metal, light spreads along the wall rather than out into the room, which keeps the fitting reading as much as a piece of wall art as a light source.

Where it works best

Its scale and gentle output suit spots where you want atmosphere rather than task lighting: either side of a bed, flanking a mirror in a hallway, along a staircase, or in pairs on a chimney breast. It also works well grouped in twos or threes along a run of wall where a single pendant or downlight would feel too heavy handed.
