No, this is IP20 rated which is for dry indoor areas only. For bathroom lighting, you'd need a fitting with IP44 or higher.

Is the LED replaceable?
No, the LED is integrated into the fitting. When it eventually reaches the end of its life, the entire fitting would need replacing, though that's usually many years down the line.

How bright is 426 lumens?
That's roughly equivalent to a traditional 40W incandescent bulb, so it's good for ambient or accent lighting but not bright enough to be a main source for a whole room.
