How It Works

The fitted 7W LED generates 426 lumens of 3000K warm light across a 180 degree spread, meaning it lights a wide area of wall rather than creating a hotspot. Wired to Class II standards, it uses double insulation so no earth cable is needed. The IP20 rating indicates it's protected against dust but not water, making it suitable only for dry, indoor environments.

Design Details

Simplicity is built into the design from the ground up. A rectangular frame of iron and aluminium supports a piece of rippled glass, held secure by white satin end caps that also serve as the visual conclusion to the fitting. Will this work in a wet room or bathroom?
No. The IP20 rating means it's not waterproof. It's strictly for dry indoor spaces away from moisture.

What happens if I want to change the light colour or brightness?
The integrated LED is a fixed 3000K warm white and doesn't have dimming capability. What you get is what's built in, so you can't adjust it after installation.

How difficult is installation?
For a confident DIYer it's straightforward, especially since Class II fittings don't require earthing. If you prefer to have a professional do it, any electrician can install it in a very short time.
