The Boleda Conus is built for sites that need serious, reliable light rather than a decorative glow: a sealed, internally coned white reflector sits behind a clear polycarbonate diffuser, throwing a bright, even spread from a single integrated LED engine with no bulb to change.

Choosing your height, mount and sensor

Finished in black only, the choices here are around size and how it is fixed in place. It is available surface mounted at 0.8m or 1.0m, or root mounted at 1.4m overall, of which 400mm is buried underground to leave a 1m bollard standing above ground. A builtin photocell option can be added to switch the light on automatically from dusk until dawn.

How it works

A 20W integrated LED, using Seoul 2835 chips, produces 1600 lumens at roughly 80 lumens per watt, and an internal colour switch lets you set the output to 3000K, 4200K or 6500K to suit the site. There is no bulb to buy or replace since the LED is sealed into the fitting. It runs from the mains with no separate driver, wired in parallel across multiple units, and the aluminium tube is reinforced with internal ribs for extra rigidity.

Where it works best

The output and impact ratings here are pitched above the rest of the Parabola style range, making the Conus a better fit for car parks, larger driveways and commercial seating areas than a purely domestic garden path.
