The Waterloo Medium Pendant takes a rounded glass form and draws it down into a slender, tapered base, giving it a teardrop profile that reads as sculptural whether it hangs on its own or is repeated in a run. It sits at a medium scale within the Waterloo range, big enough to make a statement over a table or island without overwhelming the room.

Choose Your Finish

This pendant ships in your choice of hand blown glass and plated metal finish, chosen when you order. These photos show it in clear glass on a dark, aged metal finish, but Leverint blows the same Waterloo shade in ribbed, fine ribbed, transparent black and opaque white glass too, as well as a ribbed twist and fine ribbed twist option, and plates the fitting in polished brass, brushed brass, weathered brass, bronze, polished nickel or satin nickel, so you can match it to the rest of your scheme.

How It Works

Each pendant takes one 40W max E27 bulb, not supplied as standard, and is mains dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and bulb. The glass shade measures 190mm across and 300mm tall, and hangs on a 1 metre cable as standard, wrapped in a fabric sleeve to match the fitting. We recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Where It Works Best

Its single drop scale suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms, where it works well as a bedside or reading light, and it's equally at home in a kitchen or hallway, especially when a few are hung together over an island or along a run.

Made By Leverint

Leverint is a hand blown glass lighting studio based in Enfield, London, where every shade is shaped by hand rather than cast from a mould. According to Leverint, the studio draws on more than a century of glassblowing experience through its parent company, G Farley and Sons, and its founders, Andrew Print, John Leveridge and Lee Rowland, bring decades of combined lighting design and glass artistry to each piece they make.
