Kichler Delison Single Medium Wall Lantern - Rubbed Bronze

A Tapered Glass Lantern With Plenty Of Presence

The medium Kichler Delison outdoor wall lantern is a bigger take on a simple idea. Four tall sides of clear glass lean inwards inside a slim, square cut frame, held out from the wall by a neat angled arm. The result looks modern, but it has the craftsmanship and proportions to suit a lodge, cottage or arts and crafts house just as well.

Rubbed Bronze Finish

The rubbed bronze finish is dark and rich, close to a deep espresso brown, with a hint of copper along the edges of the frame. It looks more refined than a flat black, and it reads well against pale render, grey cladding, brick and painted timber. Clear glass leaves the bulb on view, which lets a vintage style filament bulb become part of the look.

How It Works

• One E27 lamp holder, suited to an LED bulb (bulb not supplied)
• Dimmable when you use a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible dimmer
• Aluminium frame with glass panels
• Rated IP44, so it is protected against splashing water
• Class I electrical fitting, which needs an earth connection

Where It Works Best

The medium size is made for front doors, garages, large porches and the walls of a patio or garden room. Place it beside the door at about eye level or a little above. If your entrance is wide, a pair spaced either side gives a pleasing, symmetrical welcome and plenty of light to find your keys.

What is the difference from the small Delison?
The medium is about seven centimetres taller and nearly four centimetres wider than the small one, so it suits bigger doors and walls.

Can I use it outside in the rain?
It is rated IP44, which covers splashing water, so it suits a porch, doorway or sheltered wall.

What bulb should I use?
