Choosing Your Botanica Fitting

The floral design and colouring are shared across Botanica, so this pendant stands out through its adjustable chain, which runs from around 41cm up to 140cm, by far the longest range in the family. Where the flush and semi flush fittings sit close to the ceiling, this pendant is built to hang properly, closer in spirit to the Inverted 3 Light Pendant but facing downward rather than opening upward.

How It Works

Three E27 lamp holders sit within the 45cm shade, dimmable with a suitable LED lamp and compatible dimmer switch. The chain is adjustable at installation, so the drop can be set to suit both the ceiling height and whatever sits beneath it, a table, a sideboard, or open floor space.

Where It Works Best

This pendant is built for dining tables and stairwells, anywhere its full height range can bring the shade down close to where people are sitting or moving past. Against the Large 3 Light Semi Flush Pendant, which stays close to the ceiling, this is the version to choose when you want the fitting itself to be a genuine centrepiece.

Each panel of glass is mixed while molten and leaded by hand, piece by piece, so colour and texture vary subtly from one pendant to the next, a genuine mark of handmade glass. Over four decades the company has expanded into solid brass and crystal lighting, but this hand assembled glasswork remains at the heart of its Tiffany style ranges.
