A deck mount lawn light in marine grade stainless steel
The Hunza Lawn Light Deck Mount is built to sit inside timber decking rather than turf, taking foot traffic without cracking or working loose. This version pairs a marine grade 316 stainless steel flange with a powder coated aluminium body below the deck. It runs on low voltage.
Marine grade stainless steel flange
The flange is 316 stainless steel, the grade used in marine and coastal fittings for its resistance to corrosion. It keeps a consistent silver finish rather than developing a patina, which suits contemporary decking or gardens near the coast. The body beneath it, recessed into the decking, is powder coated aluminium.
How it works
The head directs light up to 20 degrees off vertical, enough to angle the beam toward a nearby tree, shrub or the side of a building rather than straight up. A flush fit lens sits level with the decking surface to stop water and dirt pooling on the glass. The recessed body is 140mm in diameter and 86mm long, set into a 165mm flange, and it's supplied with 1m of cable.
It isn't supplied with a bulb, and to keep the IP rating and warranty valid, it must be run with a Hunza approved MR16 LED lamp. Being low voltage, it also needs a transformer, sold separately, wired in parallel with the rest of the circuit. The same fixture is also available as a GU10 mains version if you'd rather skip the transformer.

Built for timber decking rather than lawn: coastal terraces, raised decks, and anywhere the salt air or foot traffic makes stainless steel the practical choice.
