Dramatic Light Up and Down, Straight From the Mains

The Hunza High Power Pillar Light throws light both upwards and downwards, which gives columns, gateway pillars and entrances real presence after dark. This version has the driver built in, so it connects to the mains with no separate driver or transformer. It is fixed to the wall with a mounting plate and two screws, and the luminaire then fits onto the plate.

Powder Coated Aluminium With Extra Protection

The body is virgin, high corrosion resistant aluminium with a chromate substrate and a UV resistant polyester powder coat. Hunza adds an extra powder coat layer to every High Power fitting for maximum corrosion protection. The colour is baked on and the options are Matt Black, Matt Bronze, Matt Olive Green, Matt White, Matt White Birch, Matt Dark Grey and Matt Silver Star, and colours are indicative only. These fittings are made to order and non returnable unless faulty, and once ordered they cannot be cancelled.

How It Works

Two replaceable Cree CXB 1512 plug and play LED boards, rated by Hunza at 1100 lumens each at 700mA from 25 watts in total (88 lumens per watt), with a CRI of 90 or more as standard (3000K) and 50,000 hours to L70.
Choose a colour temperature of 2700K, 3000K or 4000K, a beam angle of 15, 30, 40 or 70 degrees, and a clear or frosted lens.
Body diameter 63.5mm and length 131mm, on a base 120mm across and 58mm deep. The lens glass is 10mm thick, extra clear and shatter resistant.
Mains powered at 120 to 277 volts with a constant current driver built in and fitted, wired in parallel. The luminaire must be grounded.
Dimmable with 0 to 10 volt dimming.
Rated IP66 with a 5 year warranty on the electronics and the aluminium. The fitting weighs 0.87kg.
Hunza offers a hex cell louvre, glare guard, snoot and cable joint kit as accessories, and says the fitting must not be pressure washed.
