The Zelda single wall light takes the collection's signature sphere motif and distils it into a compact single arm fitting. This Vintage Brass version brings a warm, aged metal tone that works well on its own or mirrored in pairs.

Vintage Brass finish

The frame is steel finished in Vintage Brass, paired with a tapered etched glass shade that sits on a hemisphere cup. The combination gives the light a soft, vintage character without feeling heavy, and the warm brass tone pairs easily with darker woods, brushed metals and painted walls.

How it works

This is a single light wall fitting that takes one E27 LED bulb, which isn't included so you'll need to add one to your order. It's dimmable when used with dimmable LED bulbs. The fitting is Class I, so it needs to be earthed. We always recommend a qualified electrician installs this fitting.

The story behind Hinkley

Hinkley began in 1922, when Phil R. Hinkley started making outdoor lanterns in Cleveland, Ohio, with a debut catalogue of just 14 products. A compact single arm design like Zelda sits close to that original scale, even though the range has grown enormously since. The Wiedemer family bought into the business in the 1930s and have run it ever since, taking it from Hinkley Lighting to simply Hinkley as the company widened its range in 2019 and 2020. Since 2012, Elstead Lighting has adapted Hinkley's designs, including this one, for the UK, converting them to 220 to 240V wiring with full CE certification.
