The Fulton flush fitting brings the open cage design of Hinkley's Fulton collection to a ceiling mounted format. Four lights sit inside an exposed steel frame that sits close to the ceiling, so rooms that can't take a hanging pendant still get the same vintage industrial look as the range's larger chandeliers.

Dark Bronze and Heirloom Brass

This version pairs a Dark Bronze steel frame with Heirloom Brass detailing, a two tone combination that softens the industrial cage shape with a touch of warmth. There's no glass anywhere in the design. The bulbs sit in exposed square candle sleeves, so the fitting reads as an open, stripped back structure rather than a boxed in ceiling light.

How it works

This is a four bulb fitting that takes 4 x E27 bulbs, sold separately, so you'll need to order four to go with it. It's dimmable if you fit dimmable bulbs. The fitting is wired to Class I, which means it needs to be earthed. We always recommend a qualified electrician installs this fitting.

The story behind Hinkley

Hinkley began in 1922 as a small outdoor lantern maker in Cleveland, Ohio, when Phil R. Hinkley launched the business with a debut catalogue of just 14 products. The company that grew from that catalogue now offers the Fulton design across several formats, including this flush fitting, a single pendant, chandeliers with 7 or 13 lights, and a wall light, letting one design run through a whole room. Since 2012, Elstead Lighting has manufactured and adapted Hinkley's designs for the UK and Europe, converting fittings like this one to 220 to 240V wiring with full CE certification.
