Harte Victorian Style 2.74m Globe Lamp Post Double Headed - Cast Iron

This 2.74 metre lamp post carries two globe heads on a single cast iron post, doubling up the light without doubling the number of posts needed along a drive or boundary. Like the rest of Harte's Heritage Globe range, it's modelled on an original Victorian lamp post design.

Cast iron globe design

The post and its two globe heads are built from cast iron, with clear polycarbonate lenses fitted inside each globe to protect the light source while keeping it visible from every angle. The standard finish is gloss black, with other colours available on request.

How it works

Each globe head glows outward independently, so this post throws light across a wider arc than a single headed post of similar height, without needing a taller or wider structure. It needs mains wiring and a fixed base, and we recommend a qualified electrician handle the connection.

Where it works best

At 2.74 metres with two heads, this lamp post suits wider driveway entrances, junctions in a path, or spots where you want more light from one fixture rather than adding a second post nearby. It reads as a statement piece in its own right.

Harte, Irish craft since 1983

Harte Outdoor Lighting has worked from New Ross, County Wexford, since 1983, founded by Willie Harte and now run by Liz Harte and the next generation, Jack and Sam Harte. Harte says its cast iron lighting is installed at Irish locations including Áras an Uachtaráin, Adare Manor and the K Club.
