Satin black suits the Grove pendant particularly well, giving the rounded metal shade a matte, understated look that fits comfortably into most kitchen and living room styles without drawing too much attention to itself. The fitting takes a standard E27 lamp, leaving the choice of bulb entirely up to you.
Hung singly it makes a neat pendant over a small table or reading corner, while a row of two or three above a kitchen island creates a bolder, more considered look. It's built for indoor use, and the satin black joins brass, antique brass, french gold and polished nickel as one of five finishes in the same Grove design.
