Smoked glass gives this french gold Grove flush ceiling light a softer, more subdued glow, while the flower bud shape adds some gentle texture to the shade itself. Being a flush fitting, it stays close to the ceiling, which makes it practical for rooms with restricted height or where a pendant simply will not work.
The fitting takes a G9 lamp and suits bedrooms, hallways and living rooms where a warmer, dimmer feeling light is preferred. The combination of gold and smoked glass gives it a slightly more relaxed, low key character compared to the clearer finishes.
