Glammfire Burner III - Manual Bioethanol Burner - Stainless Steel

Burner III is a manual bioethanol burner from GlammFire's range of fireplace inserts, a step up in scale from Burner II and built for larger bespoke fireplace projects.

Specification

Built from brushed stainless steel with a ceramic stone element, Burner III holds up to 2.5 litres of liquid bioethanol and produces an output of around 2.1 to 4.2 kW, with a burn time of roughly 3.5 to 7 hours per fill. GlammFire recommends a minimum room size of around 30 square metres, making it suited to larger living rooms and open plan spaces than the smaller burners in the range.

How it works

Burner III is lit and adjusted manually, keeping the mechanism straightforward to operate and service. Because it burns liquid bioethanol, it produces a genuine flame without smoke, ash or soot, and needs no chimney or flue, only a properly ventilated room.

Where it works best

Burner III suits larger bespoke fireplace surrounds, feature walls and joinery projects in open plan living rooms, where a stronger flame and higher heat output are wanted than a compact insert can provide. It is commonly specified by architects and interior designers building a custom fireplace into a larger scheme.

Handcrafted in Portugal

GlammFire builds Burner III by hand at its factory in Monção, Portugal, where the brand has manufactured luxury fireplaces since 2008. GlammFire states that every burner is tested and quality checked before it leaves the factory as part of a manufacturing process it says is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
