The Hockley pendant has a striking cone shaped silhouette that draws the eye the moment it is switched on. Hand spun from solid copper, it has real weight and presence, making it a natural choice wherever you want one fitting to do a lot of visual work.

The Heath Finish

This Hockley is finished in Heath, an earthy matte green that sits somewhere between olive and moss. The exterior has a soft, chalky finish rather than a shine, while the inside of the shade is lined in glossy white, so the light that spills out is bright and even. A slim copper trim runs around the rim where the two finishes meet, picking out the warmth of the copper base underneath.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil began in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and started hand forging his own hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business later moved to Llandrindod Wells in Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware. Lighting became part of the range later on, still produced at the same Welsh workshop, hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. The Hockley pendant carries that same hand finished character, with its copper base spun and painted by hand rather than mass produced.
