The Hockley pendant brings a bold, sculptural cone shape to any room, and this version pairs it with a striking Dingle rich green exterior. Hand finished in Wales, it makes a real statement while still feeling warm and considered rather than showy.
The Dingle Rich Green Finish
This Hockley pendant is hand spun from solid copper and finished in a deep, glossy Dingle green. A slim copper trim runs around the rim of the shade, catching the light and adding a warm edge to the colour. Inside, the shade is finished in white gloss, which helps the light spread evenly down and out into the room.
How It Works
- Casts a wide, even spread of light thanks to the white gloss interior of the shade.
- Supplied fully wired with a matching ceiling rose and all necessary fixings.
- Comes with 1.5m of black fabric cable as standard.
- Takes an LED bulb only, 6W maximum, E27 fitting. Bulb not included.
- Dimmable when fitted with a compatible dimmable LED bulb.
Where It Works Best
With a shade diameter of 510mm, the Hockley makes the most impact as a single fitting over a kitchen island, a dining table or in a hallway with height to spare. From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop, and the Hockley's hand spun copper shade carries that same hands on approach through to today.
