The Brindley pendant has a simple, rounded shape that suits both traditional and modern kitchens. This version pairs a polished copper exterior with a crisp white gloss interior, so the light it casts feels bright and clean while the shade itself glows with warm, coppery tones.

Solid Copper, Hand Spun and Polished

The shade is hand spun from solid copper and left with a glossy, reflective finish that catches the light as it swings gently on its cable. Inside, a smooth white gloss enamel lining bounces light down and out, giving an even spread rather than a single hot spot. The copper ceiling rose above it is finished to match, with the same warm tone and a subtly ribbed edge.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop. That hot forging process is exactly what shapes this Brindley pendant's solid copper shade.
