The Frankley pendant has a simple, funnel shaped silhouette that suits both traditional and contemporary rooms. This version is finished in Heath, an earthy green that gives the shade a warm, grounded look quite different from the brand's more common metallic finishes.
The Heath Finish
The shade is spun from metal, plated in chrome and nickel, then painted in Heath, a soft, earthy green. The exterior has a smooth, matte look, while the inside of the shade keeps its bright nickel lining, so the fitting throws a warm, reflective glow once a bulb is fitted. The ceiling rose is finished to match, giving the whole fitting a considered, single tone look from ceiling to shade.

From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand itself launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business went on to relocate to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware. Steel is still hand forged and brass and copper hot forged using traditional methods alongside modern engineering, and lighting, including this Frankley pendant, is produced at the same Welsh workshop. The Heath green finish on this pendant is a good example of that workshop experimenting beyond the metallic tones the brand is best known for.
