The Frankley pendant has a wide, flared shade that flows from a narrow neck out to a broad rim, giving it a strong, sculptural silhouette. It works just as well as a single striking pendant over a table as it does hung in a row for a bolder look.

This Frankley is spun in a smooth nickel finish, then coated in Flock, a chalky matt white with a soft, almost powdery texture. The inside of the shade is left in polished nickel, so switching the light on reveals a warm, reflective glow that contrasts with the flat white outside.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working with his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop. The Frankley pendant carries that same workshop attention, right down to the hand finished Flock coating on this shade.

• Can I dim this pendant? Yes. The Frankley is dimmable as long as you fit a compatible dimmable LED bulb.
• What bulb do I need? It takes one E27 bulb, LED only, rated at 6W maximum. The bulb is not included.
• Is the ceiling rose included? Yes. A matching ceiling rose in the same matt white finish is supplied, along with all the fixings you need to hang it.
