A Sculpted Shade With Real Character
The Flora pendant takes its shape from soft, natural curves rather than a straight edged cone. Its wide shade flows outward into a wavy, hand shaped rim, giving each fitting a slightly different silhouette. Hung on its own over a table or grouped along a run, it brings a relaxed, sculptural note to a room without shouting for attention.
Smooth Nickel, Finished in Tump
This version is finished in smooth nickel, giving the shade a cool, understated shine along its curves. The outer face is coated in Tump, a pale, muted green with a soft grey undertone that reads calm rather than bold. Inside, the reflective lining bounces light gently downward and across the ceiling, so the fitting still catches the eye when it is switched on.

Where It Works Best
The Flora pendant's soft green tone and organic shape suit bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, hallways and kitchens equally well. Hang it low over a kitchen island or dining table where the shade's underside can do its work, or use it singly over a bedside table for a softer, more intimate glow. It pairs naturally with the matching Flora wall light for a coordinated scheme in the same room.
From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business later relocated to Llandrindod Wells in Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware. Lighting became part of the range later, still produced at the same Welsh workshop using traditional hand and hot forging methods alongside modern engineering. The Flora pendant's hand finished shade and considered colourway carry that same workshop approach through into a piece made for hanging rather than for a door or window.

- Handmade to order at From The Anvil's Welsh workshop, so please allow time for it to be made. As with all From The Anvil fittings, it is non returnable once ordered.
- Covered by a 5 year warranty.
- Wipe the shade with a soft, dry cloth to keep the finish and painted exterior looking their best. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
