A pendant with a petal like curve
The Flora pendant takes its shape from natural curves rather than straight lines. Spun from a single piece of metal, its shade ripples out into a soft, scalloped edge that catches the light differently from every angle. It reads as a modern, sculptural piece rather than a traditional shade, and works equally well on its own or repeated in a row.
Smooth nickel finish
This version is spun from solid brass and plated in a smooth nickel finish, so there is no hammered texture underfoot. The surface is polished to a clean, reflective shine, giving the pendant a sleek, contemporary look with plenty of unexpected reflections across the curved shade. It pairs naturally with the matching Flora wall light for a coordinated scheme.

From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells in Powys and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop, and the Flora pendant's spun and hand finished shade carries that same hands on approach into a contemporary shape.
