A Cluster of Flora Shades
This Flora cluster pendant groups five to six curved, nature inspired shades on a single ceiling rose, each one hung at a different height so the fitting reads as one sculptural piece rather than a row of matching lights.
Smooth Nickel and Upstream Blue
Each shade is spun from solid brass, plated in a smooth nickel finish and dressed in a river toned Upstream blue on its outer curve. The plated interior gives a cool, reflective glow around the bulb, while the blue exterior gives the cluster its colour when the lights are off. The wavy, flower like edge of each shade catches the light slightly differently, so the group never looks flat.

Where It Works Best
The staggered drop makes this a natural fit above a dining table or kitchen island, where the varying heights add movement without blocking sightlines. It also suits a stairwell or a hallway with height to spare, where the cluster can spread out and be seen from more than one angle. In a bedroom or living room, it works best as a statement piece over a seating area rather than as the only light in the room.

From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working with his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, made at the same Welsh workshop, and this cluster pendant is part of that range, with every shade finished by hand before the group is put together.
