A Cluster of Flower Shaped Shades in Elan Black
This Flora cluster pendant groups five to six curved, nature inspired shades together, each one finished in a deep, matte Elan Black. Bringing several shades together turns the single Flora fitting into a fuller, more dramatic ceiling light, ideal wherever one pendant on its own would look too small for the space.
The Elan Black Finish
Elan Black is a deep, matte black applied over the cluster's chrome and nickel shades. Look underneath and the inside of each shade stays bright and reflective, so the black reads as a strong, contemporary silhouette from above while the light itself still bounces and spreads from a polished surface below.
How It Works
- Five to six shades are supplied on staggered drops for a layered, cascading look.
- Each shade takes one LED bulb rated up to 6W with an E27 fitting, bulbs not included.
- Dimmable when fitted with compatible dimmable LED bulbs.
- Supplied fully wired with a matching ceiling rose and all the fixings needed to hang it.

From The Anvil
From The Anvil started in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business grew from there into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware based in Llandrindod Wells, Powys, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. The Flora cluster's shades are shaped and finished at that same Welsh workshop, with the Elan Black colour applied by hand rather than sprayed on in a single automated pass.

How many bulbs does the Flora cluster pendant need?
One LED bulb per shade, so five to six in total depending on the exact fitting, each rated up to 6W with an E27 base.
Does the black finish show any colour when the light is switched on?
The outside of each shade stays a deep matte black, while the inside is bright and reflective, so the lit shade still throws a warm glow even though the exterior colour stays solid black.
Can the shades be hung level instead of at staggered heights?
The cluster is designed and wired for a staggered hang, but a qualified electrician can adjust individual drop lengths during installation if a more even arrangement is wanted.

Each one is made to order at From The Anvil's workshop in Wales rather than kept as ready made stock, so orders cannot be returned once placed.
