The Flora Cluster Pendant gathers five to six flower shaped shades from a single ceiling point, each one hung at its own length so the group reads as one sculptural fitting rather than a row of matching lights.
This version is finished in smooth nickel plated over solid brass, so the surface stays bright and reflective rather than textured. As you move around the room the plating throws shifting highlights across each curved petal shaped shade, giving it a sleeker, more contemporary look than the hammered finishes in the Flora range.
How It Works
- Cluster of five to six flower shaped pendant shades, each suspended at a different length from one ceiling rose
- Shades and rose are made from solid brass, plated in a smooth nickel finish
- Takes 6W max LED E27 bulbs, not supplied
- Dimmable if dimmable bulbs are fitted
- Each shade measures 217mm in diameter x 63mm high, with a 224mm projection. The ceiling rose measures 105mm in diameter x 20mm
Where It Works Best
The staggered heights make this pendant a natural centrepiece over a dining table, where the shades can spread out at different levels, or above a staircase or double height hallway with room for the cluster to fall. It also works well in a living room, kitchen or bedroom as a statement fitting in place of a single central light.
From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business went on to relocate to Llandrindod Wells in Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware that still hand forges steel and hot forges brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. This nickel plated cluster carries that same brass forming and plating work into a lighting piece, made at the same Welsh workshop as the rest of the range.
