A Cluster of Smooth Domes in Teasel
This Brindley cluster pendant groups five to six smooth domed shades onto a single ceiling rose, each one finished in Teasel, a soft, off white cream tone. Where the hammered versions in the range show texture and movement, this smooth finish gives the cluster a calmer, more refined surface that still catches the light as the domes turn.
The Teasel Finish
Teasel is a soft, parchment toned off white applied over a chrome and nickel base, giving each dome a pale, understated finish rather than a bright white. The smooth surface means the colour reads evenly across every shade, with only gentle shifts in tone as the light moves around the cluster.
How It Works
- Five to six domed shades hung at staggered heights from a single ceiling rose.
- Each dome measures 260mm in diameter by 270mm high, with a minimum overall drop of 1500mm.
- Ceiling rose measures 400mm in diameter by 30mm.
- Dimmable when fitted with compatible dimmable LED bulbs.
- Each shade takes one LED bulb rated up to 6W with an E27 fitting, bulbs not included.

From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business went on to relocate to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware. It still hand forges steel and hot forges brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting came later to the range, and this Brindley cluster is made at that same Welsh workshop, each dome shaped and finished by hand rather than produced as a single mass applied colour.
