From The Anvil Smooth Nickel Brindley Cluster Pendant - Dusk (Dark Blue/Grey)

This Brindley cluster pendant groups five to six domed shades together, each one hung at a different height from a single round ceiling rose. It brings a bold splash of colour into a room while keeping the classic curved shape From The Anvil is known for.

Smooth Nickel in Dusk

Each dome is worked in nickel and chrome plated metal, then finished on the outside in Dusk, a deep blue grey with a soft matte texture. The rim of every shade is left in bright polished nickel and chrome, so light catches the inside edge and throws a warm glow up into the shade once it's switched on. Seen up close, the paint has a slight texture to it rather than a flat shine, which suits the industrial shape of the dome.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop. Each shade in this cluster pendant is finished by hand there, which is why no two clusters hang in quite the same way.
