Smooth Copper, Flock Matt White Finish

This Hockley is spun from a single sheet of solid copper, then finished in Flock, a soft matt white with a slightly chalky texture that sits well against painted walls and panelling. The inside of the shade is left in its natural copper, polished to a warm sheen that reflects light back down into the room. The pendant looks calm and pale when the light is off, then takes on a soft coppery glow once it is lit.

• Single pendant fitting, takes one E27 LED bulb rated 6W maximum (bulb not included).
• Dimmable when fitted with a compatible dimmable LED bulb.
• Supplied fully wired with a matching ceiling rose, 1.5m of black fabric cable, and all the fixings needed to hang it.
• Diameter 510mm, height 290mm, with a 120mm ceiling rose.

Its scale makes the Hockley a strong single fitting over a kitchen island, dining table or in a hallway with a bit of height to spare. Hang two or three together at slightly different drops for a cluster effect over an island or a long table, or use it on its own as a focal point in a living room.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop. The Hockley pendant's spun copper shade carries on that hot metal tradition, made by the same hands that shape the brand's ironmongery.
