A Dome Pendant With A Warm Surprise Inside
The Harborne pendant pairs a deep, matt black exterior with a polished copper interior, so the shade looks understated from outside but glows with warm copper light once it is switched on. The rounded, classic dome shape gives it a timeless, slightly industrial feel that suits both period and modern kitchens.
Smooth Copper In Elan Black
This version is spun from solid copper and finished in Elan Black on the outside, a flat, deep matt black that sits well against painted walls and cabinetry. Turn the shade and the inner surface is left as bare polished copper, catching and reflecting light from the bulb rather than hiding it away.

Where It Works Best
At 400mm across, the Harborne has enough presence to work as a single pendant over a dining table or kitchen island, or in a row of two or three above a longer worktop. It suits living rooms, kitchens, dining rooms and hallways equally well, particularly in schemes that already lean dark or industrial.
From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand itself launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business later moved to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. The Harborne pendant's spun copper shade and hand applied black finish carry that same workshop approach through into lighting.
