From The Anvil Smooth Copper Harborne Pendant - Dusk (Dark Blue/Grey)

The Harborne pendant is a classic dome shaped light, hand spun from solid copper at From The Anvil's Welsh workshop. This version comes dressed in Dusk, a deep blue grey exterior that gives it a smart, slightly moody look, quite different from the brand's brighter metal finishes.

The Dusk Finish

Dusk is a muted, twilight toned blue grey that coats the outside of the copper shade. Inside, the copper is left bright and polished, so when the light is on it throws a warm coppery glow downward while the outer shell stays understated and cool in tone.

How It Works

• The dome shape and polished copper interior direct light downward and reflect it for a warm pool of light below.
• Supplied with a matching Dusk ceiling rose, 1.5m of black fabric cable, and all the fixings needed to hang it.
• Wired for one E27 bulb. Use an LED bulb rated 6W maximum. Bulb not included.
• Dimmable when fitted with a compatible dimmable LED bulb.

Where It Works Best

This single pendant suits kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms and hallways. Hang it low over a dining table for a focused glow, or use two or three together above a kitchen island. It also works as a striking single drop in an entrance hallway.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working with his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop. The Harborne pendant carries that same hands on approach, with its copper shade spun and finished by hand before it ever reaches your ceiling.
