A Sleek Copper Statement

The Frankley pendant has a striking trumpet shaped silhouette, wide and flared at the base and narrowing sharply where it meets the ceiling. It is a bold, contemporary shape that works just as well on its own as it does hung in a cluster.

Smooth Copper Finish

This version is finished in smooth copper, a bright, mirror polished surface with none of the texture or patina found on other finishes in the range. It is made from solid copper throughout, so the shine and warm tone run right through the metal rather than sitting on top of it. Once lit, the polished copper interior throws a warm, amber toned glow around the room.

Where It Works Best

The Frankley's wide shade and reflective copper surface make it a natural fit above a kitchen island or dining table, where it throws light down and out across a worktop or place setting. It also works well in a living room, bedroom or hallway, either as a single fitting or hung in multiples for a bolder effect.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil began in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and started hand forging his own hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business later moved to Llandrindod Wells in Powys and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting joined the range later, made at the same Welsh workshop, and this smooth copper Frankley pendant is hot forged there using those same methods.
