The Flora wall light brings a soft, open petal shape to a single arm fitting, its scalloped shade tilting gently on a copper knuckle joint so you can angle the light exactly where you want it.
Smooth Copper Finished in Upstream Blue
This piece is finished in a deep, river toned blue called Upstream, with the fixing arm, wall rose and knuckle joint left in a smooth copper. Made from a mix of copper and bronze, the shade shows a warm coppery glow on its underside that contrasts against the matt blue outer, giving the light a distinct two tone character rather than a single flat colour.
How It Works
- Wall mounted on an adjustable copper knuckle joint, so the shade angle can be tilted once fitted.
- Takes a single E14 bulb, 6W LED maximum (bulb not supplied).
- Works with a dimmer switch, provided dimmable bulbs are fitted.
- Wall rose measures 105mm in diameter and 20mm deep. The shade spans 217mm across and 63mm deep, projecting 224mm from the wall.
Where It Works Best
Its size and gentle spread of light make it a good match either side of a bed, flanking a fireplace, or spaced along a hallway wall. It also suits kitchens, dining rooms and living rooms where a softer wash of light is wanted alongside the main ceiling fitting.
From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business went on to relocate to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware. It still hand forges steel and hot forges brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering, and lighting like this Flora wall light is produced at the same Welsh workshop. The copper knuckle joint and fittings on this light are a good example of that hot forged copper work in practice.

It takes a single E14 bulb rated up to 6W LED. The bulb is not included, so you will need to buy one separately.
Can I dim this light?
Yes, as long as you fit a dimmable bulb and use it with a compatible dimmer switch.

Yes. The copper knuckle joint at the top of the arm allows the shade to be tilted to direct the light where you need it.
