This version pairs a smooth copper arm and fitting with a shade finished in Heath, an earthy, muted green. The shade has a soft, scalloped edge, almost like a flower petal, and its inner surface carries a warm copper tone with a mottled, wood grain like pattern that catches the light when the bulb is on. The wall rose and swivel joint are also copper, giving the whole piece a warm, handcrafted finish against the green shade.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business later relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop. The smooth copper finish on this Flora wall light is a good example of that hot forged copper work, shaped and finished by hand rather than cast from a mould.

Does this wall light come with a bulb?
No. It takes one 6W maximum LED E14 bulb, which is not included, so you can choose the exact brightness and colour temperature you prefer.

Can I dim this light?
Yes, as long as you fit a dimmable LED bulb and use it with a compatible dimmer switch.

Can the shade be angled after it's fitted?
Yes. The copper knuckle joint on the arm lets you tilt the shade up or down once the light is mounted on the wall.
