A Softer Take on a Classic Shape
The Flora pendant is built around a gentle, wave edged shade that catches the eye without shouting for attention. Rather than throwing light out in one hard beam, the scalloped rim spreads it outward and down, giving a room a warm, even glow instead of a single spotlight.
Smooth Copper in Teasel Off White
This Flora is finished in Teasel, a soft, parchment toned off white that coats the outside of the shade. Turn it over and the inside is left in raw, polished copper, so the warm metal reflects light back down into the room. The shade is spun copper, paired with bronze detailing at the ceiling rose and cord grip, and the two finishes work with each other rather than against each other, giving the pendant a quiet, considered look that suits both traditional and more contemporary rooms.

Where It Works Best

From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business later relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop, and the Flora pendant's hand finished copper shade carries that same hands on approach through to the light fittings.

- Wipe the shade with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which can dull the copper finish over time.
