Soft Curves, Warm Light
The Flora pendant takes its shape from nature, with a wide, gently waved shade that flares out like a petal caught mid fall. Instead of throwing light in one hard beam, the flared form spreads it out softly, so a room gets an even, relaxed glow rather than a single bright pool.
The Birch Finish
This piece is hand shaped from bronze and copper, then finished on the outside in a soft pale grey known as Birch. The inside of the shade is left in its natural bright copper, so when the light is on it bounces off that warm metal and washes the room in a gentle amber tone. The scalloped rim carries the mark of shaping by hand, so no two shades curve in quite the same way.

- Takes one LED bulb, 6W maximum, E27 fitting. Bulb not included.

- Shade measures 500mm in diameter and 146mm high. Ceiling rose measures 106mm in diameter and 20mm high.
Where It Works Best
The wide spread of light suits a kitchen island or a dining table, where it can hang low and light the surface below without glare. It also works well in a living room, bedroom or hallway as a single striking pendant, or grouped for a bigger dining space.
From The Anvil
From The Anvil began in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and started hand forging his own hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business later relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. That same hot forging process, applied to copper and bronze, is what gives this Flora shade its soft curve and its Birch finish.

- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the painted and copper surfaces.
