From The Anvil Smooth Copper Brindley Cluster Pendant - Tump (Pale Green)

The Brindley Cluster Pendant groups several domed shades over a single ceiling point, each one hung at a different depth so the whole fitting spreads out rather than sitting flat. In Tump, a pale, muted green, the cluster reads much softer and quieter than the darker finishes in the Brindley range.

Smooth Copper in Tump Green

• Each shade is spun from copper and bronze, then finished in a matte, pale sage green called Tump.
• The rim and the whole interior of the shade are left as bare copper, so the metal catches the light and throws a warm glow once a bulb is switched on.
• Fittings and cord grips run in a dark bronze tone that sits quietly against the green paintwork.

How It Works

• Cluster of five to six Brindley shades, hung at staggered heights from one black ceiling rose.
• Each shade measures 260mm in diameter by 270mm high, with a minimum hanging height of 1500mm.
• The ceiling rose measures 400mm in diameter by 30mm deep.
• Takes 6W maximum LED E27 bulbs, one per shade, not supplied.
• Dimmable, as long as dimmable LED bulbs are fitted.

Where It Works Best

The staggered drop gives this cluster room to spread out, so it works well anywhere with a bit of ceiling height and open floor space below it, a dining table, a kitchen island, or a stairwell. From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand itself launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business later moved to Llandrindod Wells in Powys and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. This Tump green Brindley cluster is spun and finished at that same Welsh workshop, one of the lighting pieces that followed on from the brand's original ironmongery range.

• Covered by a 10 year warranty.
• Wipe the painted exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the copper interior, which will darken naturally over time.

• What bulbs does it take? Each shade takes a 6W maximum LED E27 bulb, sold separately, so you can choose your own colour temperature.
