The Brindley cluster pendant groups five to six of the range's classic domed shades onto a single ceiling rose, turning the familiar Brindley shape into a fuller, more dramatic ceiling light. Hung at staggered heights on black cable, the domes catch the light from different angles rather than reading as one flat row.

This version is spun in solid copper and left with a smooth, polished surface rather than the range's hammered texture, giving the cluster a cleaner, more reflective look. The inside of each shade is copper too, so light bounces warmly downward once a bulb is fitted, rather than spreading in a single harsh beam.

How It Works

• Five to six domed shades supplied on staggered drops, wired from a single round ceiling rose.
• Each shade takes one LED bulb rated up to 6W with an E27 fitting, bulb not included.
• Dimmable when fitted with compatible dimmable LED bulbs.
• Each dome measures 260mm in diameter, and the fitting needs a ceiling height of at least 1500mm to hang correctly.
• The round ceiling rose measures 400mm in diameter, so check your fixing point can accommodate it before ordering.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business went on to relocate to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware that still hand forges steel and hot forges brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of that range later, made at the same Welsh workshop, and this Brindley cluster's five or six copper domes are spun and hand polished there individually before being wired together onto one fitting.
