The Hockley Pendant brings a bold, cone shaped silhouette to a room. It tapers sharply from a wide, open base up to a neat ceiling rose, so it reads as a strong, sculptural shape whether it is on or off.

Smooth Brass and Slate Finish

This version pairs a Slate exterior, a flat, cool mid grey, with a Smooth Brass interior. There is no hammered texture here, just a clean matte surface outside and a bright, polished brass bowl inside. Once a bulb is fitted, that brass interior catches the light and throws a warm glow down and out from under the rim.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop. The Hockley's brass shade is shaped and finished by hand there, which is why no two are ever quite identical.
