A Dome Shape With A Warm Glow

The Harborne pendant keeps its classic rounded dome shape, with a stepped gallery where the shade meets the cable. Inside, a ring of polished brass catches the light and throws a warm glow down and out into the room, while the outer surface takes on a soft, even colour.

Smooth Brass In Tump

This version is finished in Tump, a pale, hillside green that sits somewhere between sage and stone. The outer shade has a smooth, unmarked surface rather than a hammered texture, so the colour reads flat and calm from every angle. Look inside the shade and the metal changes completely, a bright, polished brass lining left uncoated, so it will develop its own soft patina as it ages.

• Fits one E27 bulb, LED only, 6 watts maximum (bulb not included).

From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop.

This Harborne pendant carries that same hot forged brass through to its polished interior, made by hand in the same Welsh workshop as From The Anvil's ironmongery.
