The Harborne pendant is a classic dome shaped ceiling light with a distinctly warm glow when it is lit, thanks to its polished brass interior. In Dingle, a rich, deep green, it brings real character to a room without losing the clean lines that make the Harborne shape so versatile.

Smooth Brass and Dingle Green

The outside of the shade is finished in Dingle, a rich green with a smooth, matte surface that takes the light softly rather than reflecting it. Inside the dome, the brass is left polished, so when the pendant is switched on the light bounces off the brass and spills out warm and golden. The base is solid brass throughout, giving the shade real weight and a cool touch to match its considered finish.

From The Anvil

From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop. That same hot forging process is what shapes the Harborne's solid brass base and gives its polished interior a warm, handmade glow.
