The Flora wall light takes the shape of a single curling petal, cast in solid brass and finished with a deep, matt Elan Black on the outside. It throws a soft pool of light up and across the wall, with a fully adjustable arm that lets you angle the shade exactly where you want it.
Smooth Brass and Elan Black
The shade is spun from smooth, polished brass, left gleaming on the inside so it reflects the light back out through its wavy, hand shaped edge. The outer face is coated in a flat, matt Elan Black, giving the light a strong outline against the wall by day and a warm glow by night. The straight arm and stepped wall rose are finished in the same matt black, while the two brass knuckle joints at either end let the shade swivel and tilt.

- Takes one 6W max LED bulb with an E14 fitting, bulb not included
- Dimmable, as long as you fit dimmable LED bulbs
- Shade measures around 217mm across with a 224mm projection from the wall, and the wall rose measures around 105mm across
Where It Works Best
Its directional arm makes it a natural choice either side of a bed, along a hallway or on a staircase wall, and it pairs well with the matching Flora pendant if you want a coordinated scheme across a dining room, living room or kitchen.
From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business went on to relocate to Llandrindod Wells in Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware. Lighting became part of the range later, and pieces like this Flora wall light are still hand forged in steel and hot forged in brass and copper at the same Welsh workshop, using traditional methods alongside modern engineering.

Is the Flora wall light dimmable? Yes, it works with a dimmer switch as long as you fit dimmable LED bulbs.
Does it come with a bulb? No, it takes a 6W max LED bulb with an E14 fitting, which is sold separately.
Can I adjust the angle of the shade once it is fitted? Yes, the arm has a brass knuckle joint at the wall and another at the shade, so you can swivel and tilt it after installation.
