A Cluster of Blue Blossoms Overhead
The Flora Cluster Pendant gathers five sculpted, petal shaped shades into one fitting, each hung at its own length so the group falls in a loose, natural spread rather than a straight line. It is a striking way to light an open stairwell or a long dining table, with each shade catching and throwing its own pool of light.
Smooth Brass in Upstream Blue
Every shade starts life as a disc of solid brass, hand shaped into its curved, flower like form. This one is finished in Upstream, a deep river blue that coats the outside of each shade while the brass shows through in a warm, undressed lining inside. The result reads as contemporary from below, where the warm brass glow spills out, and richly coloured from any other angle.
How It Works
- A five way ceiling rose holds five pendant flexes, each ending in its own brass shade, so the fitting arrives ready to group and hang.
- Each shade takes one 6W max LED E27 bulb, bulbs not supplied, so you can choose the warmth and brightness that suits the room.
- Dimmable when fitted with dimmable bulbs, giving control over how much light the cluster throws.
- The ceiling rose measures 105mm in diameter and 20mm deep. Each shade measures 217mm in diameter with a 63mm drop and a 224mm projection.
Where It Works Best
Its staggered hang and generous spread make it a natural fit above a dining table, where the shades can sit at different heights over the surface, or in a hallway or stairwell with the ceiling height to let it cascade properly. It also works well as a statement piece in a bedroom or living room, wherever there is room below for the shades to hang freely.
From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business went on to relocate to Llandrindod Wells in Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware that still hand forges steel and hot forges brass and copper using traditional methods. Lighting like this cluster pendant takes shape at that same Welsh workshop, each shade still finished and hung by hand before it is sent out.

How many bulbs does this pendant need?
It takes five 6W max LED E27 bulbs, one per shade, and none are supplied so you can pick your own.
Can I hang the shades at different heights?
Yes, the five flexes run from a single ceiling rose and are designed to be hung at staggered lengths for the cascading look shown.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, as long as you fit dimmable LED bulbs, the pendant will dim.
What colour is the inside of the shades?
The inside of each shade shows the natural brass the fitting is made from, while the outside is finished in Upstream blue.
