Five to six flower shaped shades gather at staggered heights on this Flora cluster pendant, each one hand forged from solid brass. Where the Flora range is often finished with a hammered texture, this version is left smooth and polished, so the metal catches the light in broad, mirror like sweeps rather than scattered glints.
The brass has a warm, bright gold tone straight from the workshop, with the kind of deep shine that comes from hand finishing rather than a sprayed coating. Each petal shaped shade is shallow and open, so the light spreads out softly under the fitting rather than pooling directly downward.
How It Works
- A single black ceiling rose, 105mm in diameter, holds the five to six flexes at staggered lengths so the shades cluster rather than line up.
- Each brass shade measures 217mm across with a 224mm projection.
- Takes 6W max LED E27 bulbs, not supplied, so you can choose the exact warmth and brightness you want.
- Dimmable when fitted with dimmable bulbs.
- No integrated LED, so bulbs can be replaced individually over the life of the fitting.
Where It Works Best
The staggered drop makes this a natural centrepiece over a dining table, where the varying heights add depth without blocking sightlines across the room. From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business went on to relocate to Llandrindod Wells in Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware. Steel is still hand forged and brass and copper still hot forged using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. This Flora cluster pendant is shaped and polished at that same Welsh workshop, one brass petal at a time.

Does this pendant come with bulbs? No. It takes 6W max LED E27 bulbs, which are not supplied, so you can pick your own.
Can it be dimmed? Yes, as long as you fit dimmable LED bulbs. Standard non dimmable bulbs will not dim.
How many shades hang from this pendant? Between five and six flower shaped brass shades hang together from a single 105mm ceiling rose.
Is this pendant handmade? Yes. It's made to order at From The Anvil's workshop in Llandrindod Wells, Wales, which is also why it's non returnable once ordered.
