A Bold Cone with a Softer Side
The Hockley pendant has a wide, angled cone shape that draws the eye the moment you look up. This version pairs a soft, pale grey exterior with a bright hammered nickel interior, so the light it throws feels warm and textured rather than flat.
Birch Exterior, Hammered Nickel Interior
The shade is spun from solid brass, then plated in nickel before the outer surface is finished in Birch, a soft, chalky pale grey. Inside, the nickel is left exposed and hand hammered, catching and scattering light across small dimpled facets. The two finishes sit together cleanly, a quiet grey outside and a bright, textured nickel within.

- Supplied fully wired with a matching ceiling rose and all necessary fixings.
- Comes with 1.5m of black fabric cable as standard.
- Shade measures 510mm in diameter and 290mm in height, with a 120mm diameter ceiling rose.
- Takes one LED bulb, 6W maximum, E27 fitting, bulb not supplied.
- Dimmable when fitted with a compatible dimmable LED bulb.

From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells, Powys, and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, made at the same Welsh workshop. The Hockley's hand hammered nickel interior carries that same forge worked character straight into a contemporary ceiling light.
