The Harborne pendant has a broad, rounded dome shade with a stepped brass gallery at the neck, a classic factory light shape with a softer, more domestic feel. This is the Heath edition, finished in an earthy matte green with a hammered nickel interior that catches the light every time the bulb is on.
Heath Green Finish
The shade is spun from solid brass and plated in nickel before the outside is painted in Heath, a muted, earthy green with a soft matte surface. Inside, the nickel is left hammered and polished, so the light bounces off dozens of small facets instead of one flat surface. That contrast, quiet matte green outside, bright textured nickel inside, gives the pendant real presence even before it is switched on.
How It Works
- Single dome pendant, holds one bulb.
- Comes complete with a matching Heath green ceiling rose, 1.5m of black fabric cable, and all the fixings needed to hang it.
- Takes an LED bulb rated up to 6W, fitted to an E27 bulb holder. The bulb is not included.
- Works with a dimmer switch as long as you fit a compatible dimmable LED bulb.
Where It Works Best
Hang a single Harborne low over a dining table, where the Heath green will stand out against a pale tabletop or wall. It also works well grouped in twos or threes above a kitchen island, or on its own in a hallway or living room where you want one strong, characterful fitting rather than several small ones.
From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996, when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working with his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business relocated to Llandrindod Wells in Powys and grew into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting became part of the range later, made at the same Welsh workshop. The Harborne's hand applied Heath paint and hammered nickel interior are a direct continuation of that forge worked approach, just in a colour rarely seen on a pendant light.

What bulb does the Harborne pendant take?
It takes a single E27 LED bulb rated up to 6W maximum. The bulb itself is not included.
Can this pendant be dimmed?
Yes, as long as it is fitted with a compatible dimmable LED bulb and used with a suitable dimmer switch.
How long is the cable, and can I adjust the height?
It comes with 1.5m of black fabric cable and a matching ceiling rose, which gives enough length to set the drop to suit most ceiling heights.
Can I return this pendant if I change my mind?
No. Because it is handmade to order in Wales specifically for your order, it cannot be returned once placed.
