A Wall Light Built To Point Light Exactly Where You Need It
The Brindley wall light is designed to swivel and angle on two knuckle joints, so you can aim its beam up, down or across a room. Its dome shaped shade tapers gently to a rounded point, giving the fitting a directional, almost lamp like presence on the wall.
Hammered Nickel In Bluff Grey
This Brindley wall light is spun from solid brass and plated in nickel, then finished on the outside in Bluff, a warm, muted grey with a soft taupe undertone. The inside of the shade is left in polished, hammered nickel, so the surface catches and scatters the light with a dappled, textured glow once it is switched on.
How It Works
- Two adjustable knuckle joints, one at the wall plate and one at the shade neck, let you angle the light up, down or to the side
- Wall mounted on a round backplate measuring 105mm in diameter and 20mm deep
- Shade measures 139mm in diameter and 124mm tall, with an overall projection of 224mm from the wall
- Takes one 6W maximum LED E14 bulb, not supplied
- Dimmable if used with dimmable bulbs

Because the arm and shade both adjust, this light earns its place in spots where you need to aim it rather than just switch it on. From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products. The business later relocated to Llandrindod Wells in Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware. It still hand forges steel and hot forges brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering, and lighting like this Brindley wall light is produced at the same Welsh workshop.

It takes one 6W maximum LED E14 bulb, which is not included, so you will need to buy this separately.
