A Cluster Pendant With Real Character
The Brindley cluster pendant groups five to six dome shaped shades onto a single ceiling rose, each one hung at a slightly different length so the whole fitting settles into a loose, staggered line. It reads more like a piece of sculpture than a single light, and gives a room one strong, considered feature instead of several matching fittings dotted around it.
Hammered Nickel In Bluff Grey
Each dome shaped shade is spun from solid brass, then plated in nickel so the inside stays bright and reflective, bouncing light back down and out. The outside is finished in Bluff, a warm, taupe toned grey that sits somewhere between putty and stone. Look closely and you can see a gentle hammered texture running across the metal, catching the light unevenly rather than throwing back a flat shine.

From The Anvil
From The Anvil was founded in 1996 when Mark Underhill, a former metalwork teacher and joiner, bought a small ironmongery supplier called MF Supplies and began hand forging his own range of hardware from a workshop in Mid Wales, working alongside his wife Bernadette. The From The Anvil brand launched in 2000 with around fifty handmade products, and the business later relocated to Llandrindod Wells in Powys, growing into a family run manufacturer of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, still hand forging steel and hot forging brass and copper using traditional methods alongside modern engineering. Lighting joined the range later, produced at the same Welsh workshop.
This Brindley cluster carries that same hand finished approach, with every nickel plated dome showing the slightly uneven hammered surface that only comes from work done by hand.
